In general, the site is designed to be self-service; however if you encounter a technical issue you can contact us at help@spacesforgood.org

Listers

What do I need to list a space?

Ideally you have a good description of the space, the amount that you want to charge and 3 to 5 great pictures to give people a sense of what you are offering. We’ve tried to make it easier by including a list of services and amenities you included just by clicking.

Can I list multiple spaces?

Yes. If you have office/program space, offer co-working, and have event space you can list all three. If you have multiple sites available (like a broker might have) we invite you to list everything you think would be a great fit for nonprofit organizations.

How should I price my space?

Refer to other listings on Spaces for Good as a reference. You can also refer to other listing sites like Liquid Space, Bay Area Spaces, Craigslist, 42 Floors and Looptnet to get a sense of what others are charging.

Will my listing expire?

Leased space will expire after 90 days.  You will receive an email letting you know your post is about to expire and you’ll be able to reactivate. Coworking and event space do not expire.

Is there help if I am renting space (subleasing/sharing offices space) for the first time?

We have several resources available on this site to help organizations understand what it means to share space and space sublease/sharing agreements. Check out the resources here.
