Located in the heart of the bustling neighborhood of Emeryville, Ann Martin Center is a thriving  mental health & educational therapy clinic for youth and children. We operate in a unique brick  building that was previously a pickle factory. With plenty of parking and access to nearby eateries,  our location is convenient, quiet, and easily accessible.  Our spacious Lecture Hall is a comfortable meeting space that is perfect for your business or  recreational needs. Host your next business meeting, workshop, company gathering, or lecture at  Ann Martin Center and support a great cause at the same time!

We are flexible with the room configuration and will work with your needs. 

Fees

See attached pdf brochure for full and half day rates, both for non-profit and for-profit clients.

  • Security Deposit: $200 (this is non-refundable and will go towards your final invoice as long as  there are no damages to the venue or equipment)
  • Payment in full is due 3 days prior to your event date. We accept cash, check payable to Ann  Martin Center, or credit card.

Add-Ons

  • Coffee service: ​includes decaf and regular, half & half, sweeteners, stirring sticks, and cups  5-40 guests: $50  41-80 guests: $100
  • Easel & Markers: $20
  • Catering Coordination: $125 + cost of food  We can help order and coordinate delivery of catering for your group at your request.
  • Extra cleaning fee (if you arrange outside catering): $50

Insurance 

Venue rentals are insured separately and event holders are responsible for finding and  purchasing their own event insurance. ​Proof of insurance must be provided one week prior to the  event.
