As part of this sub-lease, your organization will have access to all of our shared spaces, including the kitchen, bathrooms and a beautiful outdoor patio. Additionally, all utilities will be included in your sub-lease rate, including internet, HVAC, security, water, sewer and garbage. There are deeded parking spaces available and those can be a part of the sub-lease agreement, as needed.
