• Castellanos Playhouse (Black Box): maximum occupancy 90 people (seating), area: approx. 2190 sq.ft.
• Gallery: maximum occupancy 85 people (standing), area: approx. 1592 sq.ft.

FEES AND RESERVATIONS
Base Rate
Non-profit/Grassroots $100/hr
Private or Special Interest $150/hr
Commercial $200/hr

*Please note: Rentals are 2 hr minimum
The base rate includes any use of the Theatre, green room, chairs and access to 4 6’ tables. In addition to rental fee, Renters must pay for Gallery Attendants and Light/Sound Tech. Rental fees are charged from the time access to the building is “requested” until renter exits building. If renter exceeds originally contracted rental period, the unscheduled time will be added to the original rental agreement at double the base rate. Theatre staff must approve all unscheduled time.
