The Garden Room is perfect for medium to large meetings, small events, workshop or fitness and yoga classes. Looking out into the courtyard it has abundant natural light. Amenities include a separate entrance from Nealon Park and a sink in room.
Property Terms: Peninsula Volunteers, Inc. reserves the right to refuse to rent facility space for any reason at its sole discretion. No religious services (other than weddings and rites of passage) or political gatherings are permitted at Little House. Fundraising events may be held at Little House if they are in support of Peninsula Volunteers, Inc. only. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age. Please refer to rental cost and payment schedule sections of this packet and provide any necessary payments. Payments can be made by credit card (Master Card, Visa, and American Express), money order, or checks made payable to Peninsula Volunteers, Inc. Weekend rentals require a 3 hour minimum and weekdays require a 1 hour minimum. A $50.00 deposit is required.
